We've changed a few things in the menu:
Tools & Calculators can now be found under 'More'
'Weapon Mult Calc' has been removed, but the page can still be accessed through Tools & Calculators
Greasemonkey has been moved to Tutorials
Banking has been moved to Information (Bank)
Level Benefits has been moved to Information (Level)
Networth has been added to information
There's also been some minor information updates and layout changes on pages.

This is a short summary of the latest changes to Torn City:
- Domain Change*
Torn City will now also be known as Torn. You can use either www.torncity.com, or www.torn.com to login.
- Faction Updates
Your factions are now ranked from 1-10, based mainly on the Battle Stats of your members. Factions with 3 or less members stay unranked.
Attacking outside these ranks gives decreased respect returns.
Respect gains have been increased, and chain effectiveness decreased. Chains now increase respect gains no matter how long the chain, but with decreasing effect.
Peaceful factions no longer have to 'buy' peaceful days, but can decide when they want to change to aggressive mode.
- Code Changes
Backend/ code changes have been put into effect.
* Update:
Greasemonkey codes have been re-updated, to try and fix further issues.

We've got a brand new Stock Market Tutorial, to give the investors something to read while they wait for their stocks to sell. It also has a comprehensive Overview, which provides you with descriptions and screenshots of all aspects of Stock Trading, for those interested or curious about the Stock Market, but who haven't bought a Stock Ticker yet.
The link to the Stock Benefits page has been relocated to Tutorials, right above to the Stock Tut.
We've also added a new tool to 'Tools & Calculators', the Compound Bank Interest Sheet, courtesy of MikhaelR [765604].
Just open it with a spreadsheet viewer, fill out what you're investing, and it'll work out the compound interest rates for up to a year!

The influence of merits on this number stays the same for shorter investments, but has been reduced for longer periods- You can see all the new interest rates on our banking page. The interest calculator has also been updated to display the new returns.
Please keep in mind that the interest rates might fluctuate slightly over time, so we can no longer guarantee the return to an exact amount.
The banking cap of 2 Billion is currently still in place, but its removal is being discussed.
You can reclaim the Merits you've spent on the Increase Interest special until the 12th of March
You can find the option to reclaim these at the top of your Merits page, which can be found through the Awards link in your sidebar, and then going to > Use your merits.
This wont effect any investments that you already have in the bank.
Forum scores have also been implemented.
Your score is based on your posts, how people rate your threads, and if staff move/ lock any of your posts or threads.
You can see a complete overview of how this works in our Symbols tutorial. Based on its reception and performance this addition may also later be removed or edited.
